Obviously there is an unmistakable strong resemblance that the actor in the Manisha Koirala Video has to the Bollywood siren, and there are those that vouch for her being Manisha, but unfortunately for most of the people gloating that they have found a genuine Manisha clip, the fact is that the lady in the video who's shown indulging in a sexual orgy which also features Ron Jeremy the well known Porn actor, isn't koirala. She's in fact a Brazilian Porn star who looks a lot like the Bollywood actress.
If closely monitored it isn't that hard to conclude she isn't Manisha. First reason is that Manisha is much plumper than the porn actor. Secondly her hairline doesn't match that of Manisha. Unless closely watched it is difficult to differentiate between the two because of the obvious sameness in the features of both the women.
